Churrascaria (choo-rah-scah-ria) is the name used to describe a restaurant that serves different cuts of roasted meats and Rodizio is the method of continuous service. The Rodizio is controlled by you with a special indicator on the table. Displaying one side signals the Guachos to present the various meats to the table and the other side signals your full- stop!

Background Churras opened in 2008. The opening of Churra's stems from the graving for yummy Brazilian barbecue by joint business owners Alessandra Costa (from south of Brazil), Porto Alegre and Churti Rayk.
